Firstly, a big congratulations on your engagement. We’re guessing you’re here because you need a photographer for the day. Maybe you’ve already surfed the web and can’t find anything that matches your laid-back style and budget?

Whiterock is one half Joe and one half Anna. Between us, we've lugged our cameras from Norway to Kazakhstan, Antarctica to Afghanistan and all over our beloved Aotearoa. Along the way our photos have won the odd award and have been printed in publications such as North & South and New Zealand Geographic. 

We aim for a no-frills documentary style with minimal image processing rather than an airbrushed jump-in-the-air-and-force-those-grins look so it would pay to check out our portfolio and see if it works for you.

Your special day is about you and your family - the last thing you need is some pushy photographer stressing you out. So aside from helping set up formal photos, we’ll blend in and let you get on with the day.

Pricing is $2000 and that gets both of us from when you start to get ready in the morning to the first dance or whenever the dance floor cranks up. We're based in Christchurch but can be flexible with travel within the South Island.
